Our Team
Since we are a seasonal destination our staff numbers vary from a small number of core staff in the winter months to a large number in the busy summer. Regardless of every ones role we aim to ensure that all of our staff are committed to enjoying being part of the team and the holiday park so that every interaction with you enhances your holiday experience. The friendly, relaxed and happy environment we have here at Pohara Beach TOP 10 is simply down to them all and they all do a fantastic job.
Our Owners and their vision
The park was purchased in September 2022 by Gene & Jenny Cooper. Since purchasing the park, they have been working very hard behind the scenes with revamp plans, including an overhaul on our reception area and the most often asked improvement – the playground! The playground revamp was completed in December 2023.
Their vision for Pohara is to slowly update the rooms and park to bring a slightly more modern and upmarket twist on board, whilst still maintaining the casual beachy vibe that everyone loves about Pohara.
Feedback from guests is always appreciated and they do their best to take it on board.
